Recent changes to both Internet Explorer 7 and in our web hosting mean that we have to manage our FTP tasks a little differently.

Once you have the log in details click on the "Connect" button above, enter the username and password and click "OK"
You will then be able to upload and download files to and from your folder on our server and your own hard drive.
